Grievance Complaint Procedures. I hereby acknowledge and accept that if I am aggrieved by a decision in relation to my conduct, attendance or dismissal from Dancing in the Air, that I shall put my grievances in writing to Dancing in the Air and agree to attend meetings with the management of Dancing in the Air in good faith with a view to resolving the dispute within 7 days of giving written notice of the dispute before referring the matter to the Department of Fair Trading or any other government agency, department or authority.
