Grievable. Retrieval of donated sick leave/vacation used by another employee pursuant to the provisions of the Catastrophic Leave Bank sections of this Article shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of the Agreement. It is understood that donated sick leave/vacation is an irrevocable deposit and cannot be rescinded for any reason.
