Common use of Grid Connection Clause in Contracts

Grid Connection. If the Generator specified in the FiT CfD Application that it is, or will be, an Islanded Generator, it shall not make a Grid Connection Application, 22 Drafting note: Clause to be retained if the Facility Generation Technology is Advanced Conversion Technology Anaerobic Digestion Landfill Gas or Sewage Gas. 23 Drafting note: This is to apply where it is specified to apply in Table F of the CfD Standard Terms Notice issued on 25 November 2021 by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
