Common use of Green Attributes Clause in Contracts

Green Attributes. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to such Green Attributes from the Resources in the Long-Term Resource Pool and Seller agrees to convey such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of Product from the Resources in the Long-Term Resource Pool subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
