Grantor Trust Reporting Requirements. (a) The Certificate Administrator will report as required under the WHFIT Regulations to the extent such information that is reasonably necessary to enable the Certificate Administrator to do so, and that is not already in its possession, is provided to the Certificate Administrator on a timely basis. The Certificate Administrator is hereby directed to assume that Depository is the only “middleman” as defined by the WHFIT Regulations unless the Depositor provides the Certificate Administrator with the identities of other “middlemen” that are Certificateholders. The Certificate Administrator shall be entitled to rely on the first (1st) sentence of this paragraph and shall be entitled to indemnification in accordance with the terms of this Agreement if the Internal Revenue Service makes a determination that the first (1st) sentence of this paragraph is incorrect.

  • Grantor Trust Reporting (a) The Certificate Administrator shall maintain adequate books and records to account for the separate entitlements of the Grantor Trust.

  • Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.

  • Additional Reporting Requirements Contractor agrees to submit written quarterly reports to H-GAC detailing all transactions during the previous three (3) month period. Reports must include, but are not limited, to the following information:

This statement will include the information set forth in an exhibit to the Series Supplement. Such exhibit shall set forth the Trustee's internet website address together with a phone number. The Trustee shall mail to each Holder that requests a paper copy by telephone a paper copy via first class mail. The Trustee may modify the distribution procedures set forth in this Section provided that such procedures are no less convenient for the Certificateholders. The Trustee shall provide prior notification to the Company, the Master Servicer and the Certificateholders regarding any such modification. In addition, the Master Servicer shall provide to any manager of a trust fund consisting of some or all of the Certificates, upon reasonable request, such additional information as is reasonably obtainable by the Master Servicer at no additional expense to the Master Servicer. Also, at the request of a Rating Agency, the Master Servicer shall provide the information relating to the Reportable Modified Mortgage Loans substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit Q to such Rating Agency within a reasonable period of time; provided, however, that the Master Servicer shall not be required to provide such information more than four times in a calendar year to any Rating Agency.

  • Compliance with Reporting Requirements The Company is subject to and in full compliance with the reporting requirements of Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
