Common use of Grantor Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Grantor Evaluation. As required by Grantor, Grantee agrees to cooperate with Grantor’s evaluation of the grant project, conducted either by Grantor or external parties. Grantee agrees to cooperate with Grantor’s evaluation during and after the grant period of performance. Grantee understands that failure to cooperate could affect the terms of this Agreement and any future grant funding opportunity.
