Common use of Grant; Premises Clause in Contracts

Grant; Premises. In consideration of the full and timely performance by Tenant of all the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease, including timely payment of all Rent (as defined herein, including Base Rent and additional rent due hereunder), Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord, the Premises.
