Common use of Grant of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Grant of Warrant. In consideration of the sum of $45.00 ($0.001 per Warrant), the Company hereby grants to Holder the right and option (the "Warrant"), upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, to purchase all or any portion of 45,000 shares of the Common Stock no par value of the Company (the "Warrant Shares") at an exercise price of $3.00 per share (the "Exercise Price").

Grant of Warrant.
