Common use of Grant of Sublicense Clause in Contracts

Grant of Sublicense. The Sublicensor grants to the Sublicensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license, with no right to grant sublicenses, use, sell or otherwise dispose of, or deal in the QuickMed System, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, solely for the Sublicensee’s internal business purposes and solely to support the Sublicensee’s own medical, clinical and administrative practice of facility.
