Common use of Grant of Sublicense Clause in Contracts

Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BFA hereby grants to the Companies a sublicense to use the Xxxxxxx Indexes (and associated data and information) and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement, including without limitation the restriction in paragraph 3 of the License Agreement that the Companies will not have the further power to sublicense third parties to use the Xxxxxxx Indexes and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.

Grant of Sublicense. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BFA hereby grants to the Companies a sublicense to use the Xxxxxxx Dow Xxxxx Indexes (and associated data data, information and informationDow Xxxxx Marks) and the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx listed on Exhibit A in the manner set forth in, and subject to the terms of, the License Agreement, including without limitation the restriction in paragraph 3 of the License Agreement that the Companies will not have the further power to sublicense third parties to use the Xxxxxxx Dow Xxxxx Indexes and the Xxxxxxx XxxxxDow Xxxxx Marks.
