Common use of Grant of Rights by User Clause in Contracts

Grant of Rights by User. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the Agreement, User hereby grants to TRX a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and transmit the User Marks, as provided by User, solely within AE Lite for use by User. User reserves the right to revoke this license at any time by providing TRX with written notice.

User reserves the right to revoke this license at any time by providing TRX with written notice.
