Common use of Grant of Right to Enter into Joint Venture Agreement Clause in Contracts

Grant of Right to Enter into Joint Venture Agreement. In addition to the rights granted in the Agreement as described in paragraph 2 above, MUI and PDUS have agreed and do hereby agree that, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, upon PDUS’s acquisition of an undivided 60% interest in the Property they will enter into a Joint Venture Agreement (as described in the Agreement) governing operations at the Property.
