Common use of Grant of Restricted Shares Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Shares. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee as of the Date of Grant, the total number of Restricted Shares (the “Restricted Shares”) set forth above. The Restricted Shares shall be fully paid and nonassessable.

Grant of Restricted Shares. Subject to the terms and upon conditions of the termsPlan, conditions, this Agreement and the restrictions set forth in this Agreement and in the Planbelow, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee as of the Date of Grant, the total number of Restricted Shares shares of common stock of the Company set forth above (the “Restricted Shares”) set forth above). The Restricted Shares shall may be fully paid and nonassessableissued in certificated or book-entry form as the Company may determine.

The Restricted Shares shall be fully paid and nonassessable.

Grant of Restricted Shares. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee as of the Date of Grant, the total number of Restricted Shares restricted Class A Common Shares, par value $0.01, of the Company (the “Restricted Shares”) set forth above. The Restricted Shares shall be fully paid and nonassessable.

Grant of Restricted Shares. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions, terms and restrictions conditions set forth in this Agreement and in the PlanAgreement, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee Grantee, as of the Date Grant Date, and the Grantee hereby accepts the grant of GrantCommon Shares on a restricted basis, the total number of Restricted Shares as set forth herein (the “Restricted Shares”) set forth above. The Restricted Shares shall be fully paid and nonassessable).

The Restricted Shares shall be fully paid and nonassessable.

Grant of Restricted Shares.
