Common use of GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Clause in Contracts

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. (a) Pursuant to the authority of M.G.L. c. 166A, the Cable Act and subject to the terms and conditions herein the Issuing Authority hereby grants a non-exclusive Renewal License to Comcast of Massachusetts III, Inc., authorizing and permitting Licensee to construct, operate and maintain a Cable System in the Public Way within the municipal limits of the Town. Nothing in this License shall be construed to prohibit Licensee from offering any service over its Cable System that is not prohibited by federal or state law.
