GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Concord, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of Concord. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; and all lawful Town, State and Federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streets, lanes, avenue, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Concord. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful Town by-laws.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1 --- GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of ConcordMedway, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license to the Licensee LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of ConcordMedway. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amendedamended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streets, lanes, avenue, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places Public Ways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Medway within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordMedway. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public Ways and placesWays. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful Town by-lawsWays.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-by- laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Public Ways and Streets, lanes, avenue, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Wellfleet within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordWellfleet. GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, lawfully operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsxxxx xxx xxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Amherst within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordAmherst. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and placesor Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Town and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen Mayor of the Town City of ConcordSomerville, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority of the TownCity, hereby grants a non-exclusive exclusive, revocable Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town City of ConcordSomerville. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful TownCity, State and Federal statutes and by-laws ordinances of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsxxxx xxx xxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town City of Concord Somerville within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town City has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town City of ConcordSomerville. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the TownCity, any public utility serving the Town City or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s City's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“"DPW”") and any applicablespecial laws or City ordinances enacted hereafter, lawful Town by-lawsas attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Public Ways and Streets, lanes, avenueavenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Middleton within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordMiddleton. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to lawfully construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Mansfield within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordMansfield. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant Xxxxx of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and placesor Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any generally applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Town and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1---GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of ConcordCanton, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of ConcordCanton. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, lawfully operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Canton within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordCanton. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and placesor Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Town and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of ConcordBedford, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority of the Town, hereby grants a non-non- exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of ConcordBedford. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Bedford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordBedford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“"DPW”") and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166 A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 as amended, the Issuing Authority hereby grants a non-exclusive Renewal License to the Licensee, a Delaware Corporation, authorizing and permitting said Licensee to construct, operate, and maintain a cable television system within the municipal limits of the City of Holyoke. This Renewal License is granted under, subject to, and in compliance with the Federal Cable Act and Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms in compliance with all rules and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen regulation of the Town of Concord, Massachusetts, as FCC and the Issuing Authority of Commission and all other applicable rules and regulations in force and effect during the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of Concord. This period for which this Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; and all lawful Town, State and Federal statutes and by-laws of general applicationgranted. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, upgrade, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System System, including such lines, cables, fiber optics, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, pedestals, attachments and other property and equipment as are necessary and appropriate to the operation of the Cable Television System, in, under, over, along, across or and upon the Streetsxxx xxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord City within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on over which the Town City has an a sufficient easement or rightright -of-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or or redistribution of Signals video, audio, text, data and other impulses in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Massachusetts, and the Town of Concord. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, with any installations bylaws/ordinances of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and placesCity of Holyoke. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the TownCity’s own use of Public Streets or Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Streets or Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Holyoke Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and or any applicableother special bylaws, lawful Town by-lawsordinances, or regulations enacted hereafter or other arrangements made pursuant to this Renewal License.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of ConcordWestford, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee LICENSEE, authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of ConcordWestford. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsstreets, lanes, avenueavenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Westford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under under, or on which the Town has an easement or rightright- of-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordWestford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Planning Board and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Section 2.1---GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of ConcordMansfield, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority of the Town, hereby grants a non-non- exclusive Cable Television Renewal License to the Licensee authorizing the Licensee to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of ConcordMansfield. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to lawfully construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Mansfield within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordMansfield. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and placesor Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any generally applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Town and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen Mayor of the Town City of ConcordMalden, Massachusetts, as the Issuing Authority ISSUING AUTHORITY of the TownCity, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license to the Licensee LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town City of ConcordMalden. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the 1984 Cable Act; the 1992 Cable Act; and all lawful TownCity, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws ordinances of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsxxxx xxx xxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town City of Concord Malden within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town City has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town City of ConcordMalden. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the TownCity, any public utility serving the Town City or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s City's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“"DPW”") and any applicable, lawful Town by-lawsspecial laws or City ordinances enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. Pursuant to the authority of Chapter 166A of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of ConcordHOPEDALE, MassachusettsMassachusetts , as the Issuing Authority ISSUING AUTHORITY of the Town, hereby grants a non-exclusive Cable Television Renewal License exclusive, revocable cable television renewal license to the Licensee LICENSEE, authorizing and permitting the Licensee to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System within the corporate limits of the Town of ConcordHOPEDALE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, including, to the extent required by law, the provisions of Chapter 166A, Sections 5 (a) through (o), as amendedamended and attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to such applicable law, whether statutory or regulatory, shall be deemed to encompass the present terms thereof as amended from time to time during the term of this Renewal License. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to upgrade, construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streets, lanes, avenue, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places Public Ways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord HOPEDALE within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordHOPEDALE. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use the Public Ways and placesWays. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful Town by-lawsWays.

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Public Ways and Streets, lanes, avenueavenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Oxford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordOxford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicablewith all applicable State and local laws, lawful Town regulations and by-laws.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Public Ways and Streets, lanes, avenueavenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Chatham within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordChatham. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, ; the regulations of the FCC; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee Licensee, the right to construct, upgrade, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsxxxx xxx xxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Rockland within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on over which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordRockland. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways Way and places. Disputes between Any references herein to "Public Way" or "Street" shall not be construed to be a representation or guarantee by the Town that its property rights are sufficient to permit its use for any purpose, or that the Licensee and other parties regarding shall gain or be permitted to exercise any rights to use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved property in accordance with applicable, lawful regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful Town by-lawsgreater than those already possessed by the Town.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, lawfully operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Needham within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordNeedham. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, or interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and placesor Streets. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places or Streets shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Town and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application, as all may be amended. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a the Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsxxxx xxx xxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Greenfield within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Cable Services and Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth State of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordGreenfield. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws and/or regulations enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the 1984 Cable Act; the 1992 Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, lawfully operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Natick within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordNatick. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, interfere with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“"DPW”") and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws enacted hereafter.

GRANT OF RENEWAL LICENSE. This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the Streetsstreets, lanes, avenueavenues, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Westford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under under, or on which the Town has an easement or rightright- of-of- way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordWestford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s Town‟s own use of Public Ways and places. Disputes between the Licensee and other parties regarding use of Public Ways and places shall be resolved in accordance with applicable, lawful any applicable regulations of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”) Planning Board and any applicable, lawful special laws or Town by-lawslaws enacted hereafter.

This Renewal License is subject to the terms and conditions contained in Chapter 166A of the laws of Massachusetts, as amended; the Cable Act, the regulations of the FCC; the Cable Act; and all lawful Town, State and Federal federal statutes and by-laws of general application. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Issuing Authority hereby grants to the Licensee the right to construct, install, operate and maintain a Cable Television System in, under, over, along, across or upon the StreetsXxxxxxx, lanesxxxxx, avenuexxxxxxx, alleys, sidewalks, bridges, highways and other public places under the jurisdiction of the Town of Concord Bedford within the municipal boundaries and subsequent additions thereto, including property over, under or on which the Town has an easement or right-of- of-way, for the purpose of reception, transmission, collection, amplification, origination, distribution, and/or redistribution of Signals in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of ConcordBedford. In exercising rights pursuant to this Renewal License, the Licensee shall not endanger or unreasonably interfere with the lives of Persons, with any installations of the Town, any public utility serving the Town or any other Persons permitted to use Public Ways and places. Grant of this Renewal License does not establish priority for use over other present or future permit holders or the Town’s 's own use of Public Ways and places.
