Common use of Grant of License Clause in Contracts

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order, Flexera grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein), non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order, Flexera grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein), non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, access and use the Content within the License Level, Level for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order, Flexera grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein), non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes onlyonly and for the subscription term, (i) SoftwareSaaS, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable OrderOrder Confirmation, Flexera Software grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes onlythe sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to Customers, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable OrderOrder Confirmation, Flexera Software grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Reporting on applications of any third party is prohibited.

Grant of License. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable OrderOrder Confirmation, Flexera Software grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes onlythe sole purpose of providing Packaging Services to Customers for such Customers’ internal purposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.

Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable OrderOrder Confirmation, Flexera Software grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation. Management of Devices of any third party shall require a service provider license.

Management of Devices of any third party requires a service provider license.

Management of Instances for the benefit of any third party requires a service provider license.

Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon Licensee’s payment of the applicable Orderfees shown on the invoice and acceptance of this Agreement, Flexera grants Licensee, solely for use with respect to Licensee the specific Customer identified and term specified in such Order Confirmation, a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing IT Services to Customer for such Customer’s Internal Purposes onlyPurposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.)

Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon Licensee’s payment of the applicable Orderfees shown on the invoice and acceptance of this Agreement, Flexera grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein)transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, within the License Level, for the sole purpose of providing Software Engineering Services to Customers for such Customer’s Internal Purposes onlyPurposes, (i) Software, in accordance with the Documentation, and (ii) Documentation.)

Scanning or analyzing applications of any third party requires a separate license.

Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon Licensee’s payment of the applicable Orderfees shown on the invoice and acceptance of this Agreement, Flexera grants to Licensee a non-transferable (except as provided herein), non-sublicensable, non-non- exclusive license to use, access and use the Content within the License Level, Level for Internal Purposes only, (i) Software, in accordance with only as necessary to produce the Documentation, and (ii) DocumentationEnd Use.
