Grant of Easements and Other Land Rights. Project Developer at its sole cost and expense, shall grant such easements and other land rights to the Transmission Owner over the Site at such times and in such a manner as the Transmission Owner may reasonably require to perform its obligations under the GIA and/or to perform its operation and maintenance obligations under the Generation Interconnection Agreement.
