Common use of Grant of Copyright License Clause in Contracts

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Alliance and to recipients of software distributed by the Alliance a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Alliance ARM and to recipients of software distributed by the Alliance ARM a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Alliance Company and to recipients of software distributed by the Alliance Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusivenon­exclusive, no-chargeno­charge, royalty-freeroyalty­free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to the Alliance and to recipients of software distributed by the Alliance a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works, in source or binary forms.
