Common use of Grant of Concession Clause in Contracts

Grant of Concession. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and covenants set forth in this Agreement, the Concessioning Authority hereby grants and authorises the Concessionaire to design, engineer, finance, construct, operate and maintain the Project and to exercise and/ or enjoy the rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorisations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement.
