Common use of Grant Contract Complete Clause in Contracts

Grant Contract Complete. (a) This Grant Contract Agreement contains all negotiations and agreements between the State and the Grantee. No other understanding regarding this grant contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. (b) If any provision of this grant is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and provisions of this grant contract shall not in any way be affected or impaired. The parties will attempt in good faith to agree upon a valid and enforceable provision that is a reasonable substitute, and will incorporate the substitute provision in this Grant Contract Agreement according to clause 7.2.
