Grant Components. The City as the pass-through agency is responsible for, at the time of the grant award, to identity and provide to the subrecipient the federal award information listed below.
Grant Components. Subject to this Agreement, the amount of Grant payable to you under this Agreement will comprise: a Subsidy amount relating to Periods of Care you have provided to a Family; and an Administration Fee. Item 2 - Payment of the Subsidy Subject to this Agreement, within 5 Business Days of us approving Period of Care data in accordance with clause 13, we will pay to your Nominated Bank Account the amount of Subsidy as determined by us for the Period of Care.
