Grant Components Sample Clauses
The "Grant Components" clause defines the specific elements or parts that make up a grant provided under an agreement. This typically includes details such as the type of grant (e.g., cash, equity, or options), the amount or value, vesting schedules, and any conditions or milestones required for the grant to be awarded or to become effective. By clearly outlining what constitutes the grant, this clause ensures both parties understand the scope and structure of the grant, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over what is being provided or received.
