Common use of Grades Served Clause in Contracts

Grades Served. The School will serve students in the following grade levels beginning in the 2016-2017 school year: (a) in year one, grades Kindergarten through two; (b) in year two, grades Kindergarten through three; (c) in year three, grades Kindergarten through four;

The School will serve students in the following grade levels beginning in the 2016-2017 school year: (a) in year one, grades Kindergarten through two; (b) in year two, grades Kindergarten through three; (c) in year three, grades Kindergarten through four;; (d) in year four, grades Kindergarten through five; and (e) in year five, and thereafter, grades Kindergarten through six.

Grades Served. The School will serve students in the following grade levels beginning in the 20162017-2017 2018 school year: (a) in year one, the School will serve grades Kindergarten through two6 and 7 during the 2017- 2018 school year; and (b) in the School will serve grades 6, 7, and 8 during the 2018-2019 school year two, grades Kindergarten through three; (c) in year three, grades Kindergarten through four;and subsequent school years.
