Grade Reports. 15.1 Faculty members shall have the right and the responsibility to determine course grades and other evaluations of student progress and achievement within the grading policies of the College and based upon professional judgment of available criteria pertinent to any given subject area of activity in which an individual faculty member is nominally expert and responsible. No grade or evaluation shall be changed by any person unless the proposed change has been first reviewed with the Department which shall not assume liability for any change which is not approved by the Department. 15.2 Grade reports shall be submitted within the five (5) calendar day period immediately following the close of the College on the last day of a term. 15.3 Grades shall not be reported any more frequently than every six (6) weeks unless the duration of the course requires; however, change of credit reports from incomplete status to any credit grade shall be delivered to the Admissions Office or the Division Office within five (5) days from the date on which the student's work is handed in to the faculty member.
