Special Credit Clause Samples

Special Credit. In consideration of Buyer's purchase of the Aircraft, Boeing will issue a Special Credit Memorandum to Buyer in the amount of [XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX] P. A. No. 1947 K/WPA per Aircraft upon execution of the Agreement. If Buyer fails to purchase or take delivery as operator lessee of any Aircraft, then Boeing shall be entitled to withhold the sum of [XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX] plus interest from advance payments Boeing has received with respect to each such undelivered Aircraft. The interest rate for calculation of such interest is the Citibank base rate in effect from time to time during the period between execution of the Agreement and the scheduled delivery month of such Aircraft.
Special Credit. Permission by the superintendent or his/her designee may be given to those teachers desiring to attend vocational institutes or special seminars related to his/her teaching area for advancement on the salary schedule. A 26 maximum of four (4) hours toward movement at each column on the salary schedule may be received in this way.
Special Credit. The Employer has credited, effective as of August 10, 2000, $150,000 to each of Special Account I, Special Account II and Special Account III (for a total of $450,000), and such deferred compensation shall be paid to the Executive as hereinafter provided.
Special Credit. Company agrees to credit the full Award of $1,000,000 to a record keeping account (the “Career Recognition Account”) on the date the Human Resources Committee of Company’s Board of Directors (the “Committee”) approves Executive’s Career Recognition Award. Interest shall be credited to the Career Recognition Account in accordance with Section 4, below. The Career Recognition Account will be charged (or debited) with any amounts distributed to Executive or those claiming through him pursuant to this Agreement. The Career Recognition Account is a record keeping account only and Executive shall not have any claim to any particular assets of Company.
