Grace Period Applicable Where the Members do not Receive Advance Payments of the Premium Tax Credit. Except for the initial Premium and as provided in Section 3.2B, there is a thirty-one (31) grace period beginning on the Premium Due Date within which overdue Premiums can be paid without loss of coverage. The grace period begins on the Premium Due Date. The grace period of thirty-one (31) days will be granted for the payment of each Premium falling due after the initial Premium, during which coverage shall continue in force. If Premiums are not received by the Premium Due Date, CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange will notify the Subscriber in writing of the overdue Premiums. If CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange receives payment of all amounts listed on the notice prior to the end of this grace period, coverage will continue without interruption. If CareFirst BlueChoice or the Exchange does not receive full payment of all amounts listed on the notice prior to the end of this grace period, the Agreement, and the enrollment of the Subscriber and any Dependents, shall be terminated as set forth in Section 4.2B.
