Borrower will furnish to the Agent, upon the reasonable request of the Agent, copies of the reports of examinations or inspections of Borrower and its consolidated subsidiaries by all Governmental Authorities, and if Borrower fails to furnish such copies to the Agent, Borrower authorizes all such Government Authorities to furnish to the Agent copies of their reports of examinations or inspections of Borrower and its consolidated subsidiaries.
