Governmental Organization. A Governmental Organization shall include: 1. A municipal corporation designated as a county, a city, a village, or a town as pro- vided in section 2 of Article 1 of the General Municipal Law; 2. A public authority or a public benefit corporation including any NY State agency, board, commission, or other entity created through an act of the State Legislature; 3. A State University of New York; and, 4. A tribal nation recognized by the State pursuant to Articles 3 through 10 of the State Indian Law.
