Common use of Governmental Order Clause in Contracts

Governmental Order. There shall not be any Governmental Order or any condition imposed under any Law which would prohibit or restrict the sale and issuance of the Subscription Shares or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or by any other Transaction Documents, and no Governmental Authority shall have requested any information in connection with, or instituted or threatened any action or investigation to restrain, prohibit or otherwise challenge, the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.
