Common use of Governmental Obligations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Obligations. Upon request by University and at University’s expense, Licensee agrees to take all reasonable action necessary on its part as licensee to allow University to satisfy its governmental obligations and other reporting requirements, if any, relating to the Invention and/or this Agreement.
