Governmental Licenses and Permits. Except as indicated on the Permits Schedule, the Seller and the Acquired Companies own or ---------------- possess all right, title and interest in and to all of the material Licenses that are necessary to conduct, own or operate the Acquired Business as presently conducted, owned or operated.
