Governmental Inquiries. The Licensee shall immediately notify the Licensor in writing of any investigation, inquiry, claim or sanction by any Governmental Authority regarding any quality, labeling, advertising or other regulatory matter relating to the Licensed Products and shall keep the Licensor advised of the progress and findings of such investigation or inquiry.
