Common use of Governmental Contracts Clause in Contracts

Governmental Contracts. Except as set forth in Schedule 9.21, the LLC is not now a party to any governmental contracts subject to price redetermination or renegotiation or which would require the consent or approval of any Governmental Authority for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, whether or not such consent or approval would be required prior to the Closing Date.
