Provide a copy of governmental permits and inspection reports, documents issued by the State Fire Marshal (or UGA Fire Safety Division official or other delegatees of the Fire Marshal) authorizing occupancy of the entire Project, and other documents demonstrating that Design-Builder timely obtained all necessary governmental inspections and approvals. Design-Builder shall deliver any original governmentally issued final Certificate of Occupancy (or equivalent document where applicable) to the ADR;
