Government Restrictions. Tenant agrees that compliance with any mandatory or voluntary energy conservation measures or other legal requirements instituted by any appropriate governmental authority shall not be considered a violation of any terms of this Lease and shall not entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or require abatement or reduction of Rent hereunder.
