Common use of Government Permits and Related Approvals Clause in Contracts

Government Permits and Related Approvals. OPERATOR shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, to obtain any and all governmental permits, licenses, consents and approvals necessary to conduct gaming operations on the respective Licensed Premises. LICENSOR shall provide such information and documentation as OPERATOR may be required to provide to any governmental authority or which OPERATOR may reasonably request for the purpose of assisting in the application for or maintenance of any such permits, licenses, or approvals. All such permits, licenses, and approvals shall be maintained in good standing by OPERATOR at its sole cost and expense throughout the term of this Agreement.
