Government Notices. Borrower shall deliver to Agent promptly after receipt copies of all notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ payment or non-payment of any taxes including any tax audit, in each case, to the extent such violation, alleged violation, payment or non-payment could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
