Common use of Government Notices Clause in Contracts

Government Notices. Borrower will deliver to Lender promptly after receipt copies of all notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning any Employee Benefit Plan, the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower's payment or non-payment of any taxes including any tax audit.

Government Notices.
