Common use of Government Notices Clause in Contracts

Government Notices. Borrower will deliver to Agent promptly after receipt copies of all notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning any Employee Benefit Plan, the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower's payment or non-payment of any taxes including any tax audit.

Government Notices. Borrower will deliver to Agent promptly after ------------------ receipt copies of all notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning any Employee Benefit Plan, the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower's payment or non-payment of any taxes including any tax audit.

Each Borrower will deliver to Administrative and Documentation Agent promptly after receipt copies of all material notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning any Employee Benefit Plan, the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower's such Borrowers' payment or non-payment of any taxes including any tax audit.

Borrower will deliver to Agent and Lenders promptly after receipt copies of all notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning any Employee Benefit Plan, the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower's any Loan Party’s payment or non-payment of any taxes including any tax audit.

Borrower will deliver to Agent promptly after receipt by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries copies of all notices, requests, subpoenas, inquiries or other writings received from any governmental agency concerning any Employee Benefit Plan, the violation or alleged violation of any Environmental Laws, the storage, use or disposal of any Hazardous Material, the violation or alleged violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act or Borrower's or any Subsidiary's payment or non-payment nonpayment of any taxes taxes, including any tax audit.
