Common use of GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY. The Government Property Clause contained in the FAR/DFAR Supplemental to these terms and conditions shall apply in lieu of the requirements outlined in the Article titled “Changes” and “Materials and Equipment” herein with respect to Government furnished property, or property to which the Government may take title under this Contract.
