Common use of GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY. may only use U.S. Forest Service property furnished under this agreement for performing tasks assigned in this agreement. shall not modify, cannibalize, or make alterations to U.S. Forest Service property.
