Common use of Government Contract Clause in Contracts

Government Contract. Government Contract" shall mean any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, purchase order or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest.

Government Contract. “Government Contract" ” shall mean any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, purchase order or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest.

Government Contract. “Government Contract" ” shall mean any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, basic ordering agreement, blanket purchase order agreement, purchase order, task order, teaming agreement, delivery order, grant, cooperative agreement, cooperative research and development agreement or delivery order other Contract that is or has been executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest.

Government Contract. “Government Contract" ” shall mean any prime contract, subcontract, basic ordering agreement, letter contract, purchase order order, delivery order, change order, arrangement or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf other commitment of any Governmental Body kind between the Company or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractorCompany Subsidiary, or under which on the one hand, and any Governmental Body Entity or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interestto a Governmental Entity, on the other hand.

Government Contract. Government ContractGOVERNMENT CONTRACT" shall mean any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, purchase order or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest.

Government Contract. “Government Contract" ” shall mean a Contract, including purchase orders, amendments, supplements or modifications, between the Company and (1) the U.S. Government or any Governmental Body, (2) any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, purchase order contractor of the U.S. Government or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or (3) any prime contractor subcontractor (at any tier) with respect to any Contract described in clauses (1) or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest(2) of this definition.

Government Contract. Government Contract. “Government Contract" ” shall mean any prime contractContract for the sale of supplies or services currently in performance or that has not been closed that (a) is between any Target Company, subcontracton the one hand, letter contractand a Governmental Body, purchase order on the other hand or delivery order executed (b) is entered into by any Target Company as a subcontractor (at any tier) in connection with a Contract between another Person and a Governmental Body. All orders or submitted to or on behalf calls under a Government Contract shall be deemed part of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interestthe same Government Contract.

Government Contract" shall mean means any prime contract, subcontract, teaming agreement or arrangement, joint venture, basic ordering agreement, letter contract, purchase order, delivery order, Bid, change order or delivery order executed or submitted to or on behalf other legally binding commitment of any Governmental Body or kind relating to any business between any PRC Company and (i) the U.S. Government, (ii) any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractorof the U.S. Government to the extent it relates to such prime contract, or under which (iii) any Governmental Body subcontractor with respect to any contract described in clauses (i) or any such prime contractor or subcontractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest(ii). Section 1.32.
