Common use of Government Accounts Clause in Contracts

Government Accounts. The Borrower will immediately notify the Agent if any of the Accounts arise out of contracts with the United States or with any other Governmental Authority, which Accounts, individually or in the aggregate, exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) and, as appropriate, execute and, cause each Subsidiary Guarantor to execute, any Financing Documents and take any steps required by the Agent in order to comply with the Federal Assignment of Claims Act or any other applicable Laws.
