Common use of Government Accounts Clause in Contracts

Government Accounts. Each Borrower shall at any time upon reasonable request by the Agent prepare and deliver to the Agent a report setting forth all of its Accounts on which the Account Debtor is the United States or Canadian Government or a political subdivision thereof, or any state, province or municipality or department, agency or instrumentality thereof, which such report shall disclose the name of the Account Debtor, the amount of such Account and any other information the Agent shall reasonably request.
