Government Accounts. If the Borrower desires Government Accounts to be considered Eligible Accounts, the Borrower shall take any and all action reasonably required by the Administrative Agent in order to provide the Administrative Agent with a perfected security interest in such Government Accounts and execute and deliver all documentation reasonably required by the Administrative Agent in connection therewith, including, without limitation, a Blocked Account Agreement.
