Governing Procedures. In the event of disciplinary action which results in loss of pay or discharge or results in written discipline being inserted in an employee's personnel file, the employee will be notified of their right to be represented by their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ immediately prior to the disciplinary action being imposed. In the event the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is unavailable, the alternate can provide such representation. If neither is available and the situation warrants immediate action, discipline may be imposed with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ being notified of the action taken as soon as possible. Such discipline or discharge shall be for just cause.
