The Governing Procedures clause establishes the specific rules, protocols, or processes that will be followed in the administration or interpretation of an agreement. Governing Procedures. In any case where disciplinary action may be taken, the procedures set forth in the section entitled "Disciplinary Proceedings" of the Rules and Regulation Books of the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Sheriff's Department, as amended from time to time will be followed, except as modified by this Article.
