Common use of Governing Laws, Rules, and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Governing Laws, Rules, and Regulations. In the administration of all matters covered by this Agreement, the Union and the Employer will be governed by this Agreement, existing and future Employer rules, regulations and policies not in conflict with this Agreement, government-wide rules and regulations and/or Federal law. Where the terms of the Agreement conflict with Agency or Department rules and regulations effected after the effective date of this Agreement the terms of the Agreement shall be controlling.
