Governing Laws and Jurisdiction. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE INTERPRETED AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF SWITZERLAND. For any and all disputes arising from this Agreement, the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the appeal to the Swiss Supreme Court.
