Governing Law; Venue; Jury Waiver. The laws of the state of Utah govern this Agreement. The sole venue for any legal dispute arising from or concerning this Agreement shall be the courts of Grand County, Utah. In any such proceeding the court shall decide all matters in dispute, without a jury, regardless of the denomination of any claims that might be brought.
