GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND SERVICE OF PROCEEDINGS. 28.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in respect of this Agreement.
